NYLO Dallas Plano Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

We enjoyed our stay here. I liked the modern aesthetic, the room was very clean and the beds are super comfy. The rainfall showerhead and toiletries were lovely. The pool area is beautiful though we didn't use it on this stay. The staff was pleasant enough. Location is convenient.

I liked the location of the property and how it was a good distance from local attractions. It was really well taken care of and the rooms were nice and clean. Wish there was AC control, couldn’t seem to get the fan to operate.

Nice, Quiet, clean , ALL OF THE HOUSE CLEANING STAFF , the newly wedded lesbian chef wwere the nicest friendly helpful WELCOMING WAY WAY more THAN the front desk employees. i checked in on Saturday late evening May 7 th the young African American front desk employee was rude , short didn’t make eye contact , on her phone and not a person you want as you walk in to hotel to greet you . I didn’t get the warm welcoming feeling at all. She was more annoyed . Two of the staff members the manager Beautiful African American lady at front desk was great and young African American young man was the nicest helpful welcoming out of the staff at front desk from time I checked in to check out.

The location was very well positioned for my visit. It was a great room that offered privacy and quiet when it was time for bed. The staff were always engaging with us when we moved around checking to see if we were doing well and or needed anything extra to make our stay even more pleasant.

The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. I cannot brag enough on Quentin, "Q" - he was PHENOMENAL!!! The chef was extremely kind as well, and they really made the night special.
